Operating Principle of Portable Cone Crusher
The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, causing the movable cone to perform rotational swinging under the action of the eccentric shaft sleeve. This drives the crushing wall to squeeze and rub the material against the mortar wall. According to the principle of lamination, the material is subjected to forces from multiple directions, breaking along its own texture and being ground, forming stable stone particles. Those that meet the discharge requirements fall through the gap between the crushing walls, while the remaining material continues to be crushed until the production requirements are met.
Performance Characteristics of Portable Cone Crusher
Free mobility, flexible combination
The portable cone crusher generally uses tires or tracks as driving devices, providing flexible combinations, strong adaptability, excellent performance, reliable structure, and convenient mobility. It can be dispatched to the material site for direct processing, reducing transportation costs and preventing secondary pollution during transport. Additionally, the equipment has a small turning radius and operates at high production.
Diverse combinations, professional DIY customization
The portable cone crusher offer a variety of combination methods to meet various crushing requirements. As one of mineral processing equipment manufacturers, BENO can provide multiple configuration combinations based on customers’ different needs and actual situations, enabling professional customization and achieving combined functions such as single-unit crushing and multi-unit combined crushing and screening. The goal is to provide customers with a complete, high-efficiency configuration.
Reliable configuration, capable of achieving environmentally-friendly operations
Currently, the sand and gravel industry has very high environmental requirements. Thus, BENO portable cone crusher is equipped with comprehensive dust and noise reduction devices and can add spraying devices, significantly reducing dust and noise pollution during production. The machines can freely move to different sites and leave no trace after processing is completed.
Thanks to its advantages, the portable cone crusher is widely used in mobile production lines and is mainly applied in:
Recycling and reuse of mines, coal mines, waste and construction waste, earth and stone engineering, urban infrastructure, roads, or construction sites, etc.
Processing surface soil and a variety of other materials; separating sticky mixed aggregates
Construction and blasting industries; screening after crushing
Quarrying industry
Artificial sand making of river pebbles, mountain stones (limestone, granite, basalt, diabase, andesite, etc.), ore tailings, and stone chips
