Double-roll crusher, widely used in mineral processing, chemical, cement, refractory, abrasives and building materials and other industrial sectors, fine crushing ores, rocks and refractories below high and medium hardness. Double-roll crushers are particularly advantageous over general crushing machinery in the refractory and mining industries. During the work, the two round rollers rotate in opposite directions, and due to the friction between the material (ore) and the roller, the material is rolled into the crushing chamber formed by the two rollers and is crushed. The crushed product is discharged by gravity through the gap between the two rollers. The size of this gap determines the discharge size of the crushed product. Double-roll crushers are usually used for medium and fine crushing of materials.
The double roll crusher should not be placed in an unventilated and rusty place for a long time. It can be installed on a concrete foundation, on the floor slab of a building, or depending on the specific situation of installation.
Test
(1) Check the relative position between the parts, which should meet the requirements of the drawing.
(2) The double-toothed roller crusher runs empty for 4h after assembly.
(3) When the double-toothed roller crusher is running, the V-belt wheel, gear, roller and other rotating parts should be stable and vibration-free, and the tooth surface roller should not collide with the machine body; There should be no abnormal sound in the stone production line, sand and gravel production line, and machine-made sand production line.
(4) The average temperature of the bearing part shall not exceed 30 °C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 °C.
(5) After the no-load test is qualified, the load test is carried out, and the test time can be carried out according to the system requirements.

Double-roll crushers need to have their roll faces serviced while they are running. The tooth plate or tooth ring of the tooth surface double tooth roll crusher can be replaced or turned around. When the teeth are worn to a certain extent, they must be replaced or repaired, otherwise it will lead to problems such as uneven particle size of broken products, increased power consumption, and decreased production capacity (some machines are also equipped with surfacing devices, which can be repaired directly on the machine). After the toothed roller wears, the width of the discharge port increases, and the roller shaft needs to be adjusted, and attention needs to be paid to keeping the two rollers parallel to each other to prevent skew.
For double-toothed roll crushers with sliding bearings, attention should be paid to the clearance of the roller bearings. The top clearance between the roller pad and the journal is usually 1/10000~1.5/10000 of the journal diameter, and the side clearance of the bearing is 1/2~1/3 of the top clearance.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the crusher, it is necessary to check the lubrication of the bearings frequently. Plain bearings are often lubricated by oil cups or manually injected with thin oil at regular intervals, while rolling bearings are lubricated and sealed by regular oil injection.

The bearing of the crusher bears the full load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the life of the bearing, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine, so it is required that the injected lubricating oil must be clean and sealed well;
2. The newly installed wheel hoop is easy to loosen and must be checked frequently;
3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine work normally;
4. Pay attention to check the wear degree of the wearable parts, and pay attention to replacing the worn parts at any time;
5. Dust and other objects should be removed from the chassis plane of the movable device, so as to avoid the movable bearing not being able to move on the chassis when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents;
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, the cause should be stopped immediately for inspection;
7. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and eliminated.
In order to ensure the maximum output of the double-toothed roller crusher, the jaw crusher feeding must be continuously and evenly distributed on the full length of the roller, and the discharge port should be checked regularly to see if there is any blockage, and stop feeding before the motor stops working, when the block completely falls and the roller becomes idling, the motor can be stopped. If the feeding is uneven along the length of the roller, the roller surface is not only worn quickly, but also unevenly worn at each point, the common problem of ball mill operation in the concentrator plant will appear annular groove, so that the normal crushing work is damaged, and the particle size of the crushed product is uneven. Therefore, in addition to the double-toothed roller crusher used for coarse crushing, the medium and fine double-toothed roller crusher is usually equipped with a feeder to ensure that the feeding is continuous and uniform, and the length of the feeder is equal to the length of the roller, so that the feeding is uniform and consistent along the length of the roller.
